Our next event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, 2011 due to early March spring break. Mark it off in your calendars! We are pleased to have Peter Vogopoulos from Exceeding Limits returning, this time with Danny Iny from Danny Iny Communications to present “Fast Cash From Your Business – Today!”
They will be discussing how every business cycle will have high and low points, and how every business owner will sometimes need a jump start to bring some quick revenues into the business. In this session, they’ll explore five strategies for doing exactly that – while building your business in the process.

Our next TCBN meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 from 7:30am-9:00am at 1965 St. Angelique in St. Lazare. The format for February will be an extended "elevator speech", wherein each member will have up to 3 minutes to introduce themselves and describe their businesses.
During each presentation, product demonstrations, samples and extra literature are more than welcome; just make sure you have finished distributing all materials within your time to allow the next member their fair time as well.
This is an opportunity to really explain to all members the range of products and services you can offer, so make sure you leave a strong positive impression! You can also plugin a laptop to use the large screen television for your presentation.

What a great way to start the year at our new location!
We had a productive meeting, and TCBN definitely has some exciting things coming up for the year, with a continued focus on being in valuable guest speakers, while offering more opportunities for our members to market themselves and better build their businesses.

Thanks to everyone who braved our first big snowfall of the year. We had a nice brainstorming session to discuss our new St. Lazare location, and to gather ideas from members.

A special thanks to Georges Levesque from EF Education, for his great presentation: “How Small and Medium-sized businesses grow to the next level. What top 5 practices that are used by business owners to dramatically increase sales and gather larger market share while remaining lean and profitable.” It was nice to see several members be inspired to start chasing their dreams which have been percolating for some time!

Hi everybody, hard to believe that fall is already here – where did the summer go? It’s back to business for TCBN, and our first order of the day was finding a new locale for our future meetings, and it looks like we’ll give Half Moon Cafe a try. We also talked about our plans and direction for the coming year, and got everybody’s feedback in the process; so our “state of the union” meeting got things back on track!
