Photography is more then a passion for me, it’s a blessing to see and capture life as it unfolds. My photography is all about capturing treasured instants and moments that can not be recreated. It’s about real emotions and natural expressions.
Maddylane (Madeleine M Langlois) is a bilingual Canadian Designer, Columnist and Photographer. Maddylane has been designing professionally for the Canadian market for over 28 years, in the fashion and home décor industries. Maddy’s weekly columns titled @Home Decor with where published in the Montreal Gazette, the Toronto Star, the Hamilton Spectator and other newspapers and magazines across Canada. Maddylane is presently a photojournalist for the Hudson Gazette.
Maddylane grew up in the West island of Montreal and in Ottawa. Her love of being surround by nature has made the Vaudreuil-Soulage her home for over 25 years. Her background in fashion designing and modeling has given her an eye for detail, merchandising, light and compositions. She received her first Canon camera at the age of 21 and has been taken photos ever since. Photography has always been part of her creative work, and now her main focus.
For me each photograph is a piece of fine art. All elements are important: the way the light falls, reflections, textures, colours, graphical elements in the composition, as well as the overall unique atmosphere of the event and all its details. My specialty is lifestyle photography, events, weddings, homes and gardens. Inspired by nature to capture your life at its best ~ naturally.
